An extension to automatically move a user to a group based on their language choice.

Notes:
- In order to use this extension you will need to create a User Group for each language, and set the appropriate permissions. The User Group must have the same name as the iso name of the language.
- If you are using any other version of this extension then it must be Disabled /Delete data and the original files deleted before installing this version - you will loose all settings.
- Will move a user from one group to another if they change their user language.
- Automatically adds a user to their language group when a member registers.
- Option to synchronise user groups.
- Option to exclude members in a specified group (useful if a member needs to be in all language groups)

- Upload the unzipped files to [board root]/ext/devspace/langgroup and enable it in the ACP
