If you are using any other version of this extension then it must be Disabled /Delete data and the original files deleted before installing this version - you will loose all settings.

• Additional images can be uploaded to the "images" folder of this extension

• Download the latest release and unzip it.
• Upload the unzipped files to [board root]/ext/devspace/verifiedmember and enable it in the ACP

• Select group settings
• Select image for verified member in this group
• Select title for verified member in this group

is it possible to add the image to the index as well?

I assume I need to add a file called:

Not sure. Possibly not as it would probably have already been included but without looking into the code I cannot say.
