If you are using any other version of this extension then it must be Disabled /Delete data and the original files deleted before installing this version - you will loose all settings.

That would suggest that you have not uploaded it to the correct place. Can you post a screenshot of your expanded ext folder.

Did you by any chance unzip the files on the server? This has been known to sometimes corrupt the file structure. If you did then unzip on your local machine and then upload the unzipped files.

should be like this devspace/sitelogo

not sitelogo/devspace/sitelogo after uploading unzip files

then it worked

Looks as if the extension has not been fully uploaded or you unzipped it on the server

I just installed this great extension but on a mobile device i get the sitename twice ?!?! No matter what i try in the settings I can't get it to work.
Any help would be appriciated.

What style are you using? Do you have the problem with the default prosilver?

I use prosilver. But i fixed it.... The option:

Site name and description below the logo:
Move the Site Name and Site Description below the site logo. This will also move the search box onto the top nav bar. The text will be positioned (left/centre/right) the same as the logo.

had to be put to NO.

It is a bit weird because you would think it would'nt show the site description when turned off but once i put it to NO it works correctly on mobile devices and desktop. It does precisely what i want. So i am happy ! Many thx for this extension! Cheers

The banner should automatically be in the centre across the page. I suspect that there is an issue with the size of the banner

Maybe I expected something else. Should the banner be displayed as an image between the logo and the search field or should it completely change the forum header?
